Our staff is comprised of highly motivated individuals who are excited about dentistry and what they do in the office. They are a vital part of our family and will achieve results with the highest standards of integrity.
Dr. Rodriguez has over 26 years of experience practicing General, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. She graduated with a dental degree in 1993 from the University of Tennessee at Memphis School of Dentistry. She went on to complete post-graduate studies at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Memphis.
Dr. Rodriguez is a member of the American Dental Association and the Tennessee Dental Association. As a result of hundreds of hours of advanced post-graduate studies, Dr. Rodriguez has achieved the prestigious Fellow designation awarded by the Academy of General Dentistry. She continues to keep current on new technology as a member of the Chattanooga Area Dental Study Group as well as by attending ongoing continuing education courses in cosmetic and implant dentistry.
Maricela Rodriguez, DDS
I am a native Tennessean. I graduated from Chattanooga State’s Dental Hygiene program in 1989 and was awarded the Procter & Gamble Dental Hygienists Professional Award in Preventative Oral Health Care. I joined Dr. Rodriguez’s practice in 1996. I am thankful to practice with a diverse group of co-workers that I consider my second family.
I enjoy educating patients on how to improve and/or maintain a healthy smile. I enjoy continuing education in the field of dental hygiene to bring out patients the individualized care they need to confidently share their smile.
I truly believe you can make someone’s day with a smile. It is a joy to help people realize their smiles importance. We have a great team in our practice to assist you in making the smile you want to achieve a reality.

My name is Sherinda Hampton. I am returning to the practice after 8 years of hiatus. I married my high school sweetheart and this year we will celebrate 19 years of marriage. We have 4 handsome boys, Caleb, Joshua, Israel and Noah. We love family time, church and the baseball field

I was born in Mexico and raised in Chattanooga. I am a Hixson High School graduate, continued my education at Chattanooga State and received my Registered Dental Assistant Degree from Knoxville.
I am certified in Radiology, Sealants coronal polishing, Cerec and Nitrous Oxide. I find fulfillment in being a part of our patient’s dental experience in making them feel comfortable. It is rewarding for me to be bilingual where I can help our Spanish community. I enjoy learning new techniques in dentistry.
In my free time I like listening to music, spending time with family, friends and enjoying downtown.
Nancy Rios, RDA
Kait moved to Chattanooga from Clarksville, TN in 2010. She graduated Sigma Cume Laude with an associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Chattanooga State Community College in 2017. “I am very passionate about what I do! I want to do all that I can to help my patients have a smile they can be proud of and give them tools to make it happen. I absolutely love where I work and I am lucky to have such a group of girls as my co-workers!” In her spare time Kait enjoys reading, watching movies, sewing, knitting and spending time with her husband and two dogs, Ace and Ruby.

Kelly graduated from the Rhea County High School in 1995 & Chattanooga State Dental Assisting program in 1997. She was born in Kentucky & her favorite college team is the Kentucky Wildcats, yes even during football season!! She has two children & her favorite thing to do is making memories with them every chance she gets. She also enjoys spending time with family & friends, working out & offshore fishing every chance she gets!!

A native of Mississippi, Chattanooga has finally became home after 18 years!
Gwen has been in the dental field for over 25 years. She loves getting to know her patients and helping them utilize their insurance.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband going to races and camping.
Gwen has 3 grown children, 3 grandchildren and 3 grand-dogs.

I was born in Mexico. I grew up in Cuernavaca, the city of the eternal spring. I have lived in many places in the US. I went to school in San Antonio, TX. I have lived in Chattanooga for the last 19 years, with my husband and two children. My favorite thing to do is traveling. I think it is the best way to learn. I love working at a dental office because we can help patients feel better about themselves.
